The tension is going up a notch: Chronotopia’s demo is finally almost ready! Since the Patreon version, we’ve listened to the various feedbacks from or testers and changed the game accordingly while adding the last elements necessary (as well as fixing the last bugs). We’re really just missing an extra pass of proofreading. So it’s the perfect time to announce the launch date of Chronotopia’s Kickstarter: we’re aiming to release it the 28th of September.
Needless to say that we’re both pretty stressed out and excited to show the result of our hard work. The Prefundia page of the project has been updated with all the rewards and stretch goals so I strongly suggest that you take a look in order to start putting some money aside~
I also want to draw your attention to the fact that, if we exceed 20 000€, we will have the opportunity to work with Basiscape, Hitoshi Sakimoto’s studio, who will then compose the main theme of the game! It’s a very interesting opportunity and we can only hope to achieve that goal.
In the meantime, here’s a quick overview of what Chronotopia looks like with the 3D camera. Overall, I’ve tried to stay as close as possible to the narration to give impact to the text and avoid overdoing it (the camera moving in every direction could become annoying very quickly). I hope you will like the result ;).
