One day Reven awakens in a strange but beautiful place where the young teenager is treated like a very special guest. There are talking animals, each being rather kind and friendly. Unless the door is mentioned. The one in the back of the garden. But what could be behind that mysterious door ? And why Reven isn’t allowed to go out ? You shouldn’t try to know the truth…
Reven | An ordinary teenager with a strong character who has been sent to the garden for obscure reasons. |
Humpty | A friendly bunny who seems to know Reven very well. He’s the most knowledgeable animal in the garden. | Duck McDuck | A noble gentleman who likes to meditate while watching the flowers of the garden. Fond of philosophical debates. |
Fox-tan | Extremely shy but kind and reliable, she tries her best to welcome Reven in the garden. Easily flustered. | Lotte | Self proclamed librarian of the garden. She loves books above all else and spend most of her time shut off in the library. |
One of the greatest entries I’ve had pleasure playing so far – Ludum Dare 30 Game Page
There are two endings in Garden of Oblivion, the “Bad Ending” and the “Good Ending?”. Both are available right at the end, when the clock is ticking. At this point, you can choose to either stay in the area a bit longer or enter the door with the key right away. It’ll be your loss~
